What if I told you that you get enough Vitamin D on a raw food, plant-based diet.


A few years ago, and probably even today, people would fill their medicine cabinets with those little yellow tablets made from fish oil. Sure, they may be doing the job, but I think you worry too much about your Vitamin D intake.


Now consider these sources of Vitamin D. I kid you not - if you have a balanced diet that incorporates these ingredients, and follows a healthy outdoor activity that keeps you in the sun for at least 10 minutes a day, you are going to be fine.


- Mushrooms - Portobello, maitake, morel, button, and shiitake
- Avocado (add it to your salads, or make a smoothie)
- Tofu
- Peanut Butter
- Orange juice (buy the fruit, not the juice carton)
- Fortified Soy or Almond Milk
- Vegan Plant-based Supplements
- Good ol' sunshine - All it takes is 10 mins.


When God was creating Mother Earth, He didn't leave out this essential Vitamin for us to find at a Pharmacy.
