Channel membership is now a thing!! Available for as little as £1.99 / $2.50 / €2.40!!
Following the success of the Norway video, the lovely folks at YouTube have given me all sorts of new toys to play with for the channel, the most notable of which being channel memberships!! Some of you have already been kind enough to fork over your hard earned cash on Patreon and Ko-fi, which means the absolute world to me!
Making these videos takes a lot of time and effort, and a purchase of one of the many tiers of membership will help me invest more and more money into bigger and better projects, like better equipment and perhaps future trips to go film on location! Of course, I won't be hurt if you can't afford it, or decide what I do just isn't worth your money. I make these videos for the joy of putting them together, not for any ulterior motives.
Anyhow, I look forward to seeing you all in 2025 for some more historical adventures! 🏵️💜

A few days ago, Theo bet me 60 kroner (roughly £5) that the video would reach 60,000 views by the end of the week. I didn't believe him, and I now have £5 less in my pocket.
For most of the year, I've been heavily doubting how well the Norway video would do. Yet, like my own little Norwegian Christmas miracle, the video's rocketed off to places I couldn't have ever imagined! I want to thank every single one of you for the support, whether you've been a supporter of the channel since day one, or you just watched the Norway video and thought it was marginally alright.
It's been one hell of a week for the channel, and I assure you that more good things are on the way in the near future! The script for the next video is already finished, so the wait won't be as long as for this recent video. Though, if there's anything you'd like to see from the channel in the near future, please let me know! I suppose we're reaching a new era for the channel, and I want you all on board!
In the mean time, I hope you all had a lovely Christmas, Hannukah, or other assorted holiday of choice, and I hope you all have a pleasent new year! Skål!! 💜🍻

So, the upcoming Norway video has been getting rather long, half way into animating and editing and it's already 12 minutes long.
Since it's taking quite a while to finish, would you all prefer to see a full, near half-hour long video, or a two parter á la the Cornwall videos? I hate going so long without providing some good long-form content for you all, so I'd like to know what you'd all prefer.

After a nice week abroad, I'm finally back from Norway! It was an incredible week, and I learned a lot while I was there. (and got to claim the Royal Palace for Yorkshire!! :3) But now I'm back, and it's time for me to get back to work.
I should have another short or two out by the end of the month, with the Norway Video still very much in the works! It's been taking me a good long while, but I'm looking forward to getting it out there for you all. 💜🇳🇴
