Welcome to my idea of being brave. I encourage you to walk through the fear that you face and try new things. Nothing about adrenaline or thrill seeking - more in line with being self sufficient using trial and error so when you need bravery it will be second nature. For me, that means camping and being out in nature solo or walking barefoot in an ice cold mountain stream, or taking a plunge in a glacier lake. The connection with nature and soul is where the empowerment begins if you allow yourself to be vulnerable and fully prepared to face anything.
