Secret Discovery are a rock band from Bochum, whose style was initially strongly oriented towards bands such as Fields of the Nephilim, The Sisters of Mercy or The Mission, but in contrast to these bands, they incorporated metal and hard rock elements into their compositions early on. Over time, they developed their own memorable sound, which can be described as German dark rock.
