Hi, I wanted to let everyone that we are through kidney transplant surgery and I got to go home Wednesday late afternoon.

They fill your belly with co2 so the surgeon can see inside you. It takes awhile for the gas to come out which causes pain.

I appreciate all of your prayers so much!!

My dadā€™s estimated kidney function went from 6% before surgery; to 20% yesterday; to 28% today. He hasnā€™t been at 20% since 2016!!
And they are expecting it to keep going up.
Mine is already up to 54%.

God is so amazing. So many blessings !!
God bless you all! šŸ’›ā˜ŗļø

Do you have any questions on the book of Genesis that you wrestle with?
So far I have posted a video on the belief in being a Christian evolutionist...Ā is this possible?
And then I have some upcoming videos:
*the question of Adam and Eve realizing they are naked - what does that mean? (Genesis 3)
*Abraham's almost sacrifice of Isaac - why would God have asked him to do this? (Genesis 22)
*Lot mentioning he can send his daughters out to be raped but then is still saved from the destruction of Sodom, why? (Genesis 18&19)

Do you have any things you are trying to figure out from the book of Genesis? Please let me know in the comments below or send an email to biblenotetakingwithkatie@gmail.com.
I'd love to take a look at your questions and see if I have notes I can share on the topic in future videos ... before I move on from the book of Genesis.

thank you all for being part of this community...Ā
TheĀ LordĀ bless thee, and keep thee:TheĀ LordĀ make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee:TheĀ LordĀ lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace. Numbers 6:24-26

Sorry the audio quality is not great on my last video. I had the microphone positioned wrong but for some reason it isn't noticeable in the iMovie maker. I didn't realize until the video had posted that it was so awful.
I have another video posting today... I'm not sure if this one is much better because I couldn't tell during the audio process (of the last one)... but hopefully it is better.
Thankfully, Bev from youtube.com/@BibleTreasuresAndReviews is helping me out because I had been doing everything wrong with the set up.

I'm hoping the one I'm currently editing for Monday is better... thank you all for your patience. Maybe by the New Year I'll have this all figured out. :)

In my latest video about setting up a Life Application Prayer Bible, I mentioned using these pages created by Words by Andy Lee. Here is a link to her blog: wordsbyandylee.com/el-elyon-god-most-high/
She has done a blog post each month of this year on a name of God.Ā
In it, she has these beautiful reading plans / (or scripture writing plan?) also within, she has a reading / reflection plan you can go through separately.
I used her images and created some informative type of information for the other side of the page to add to my Bible. (I haven't created one yet for her November post though.)

I wanted to make sure all of you had the ink to her blog post. The link above will bring you to November. At the bottom of the blog, right above the comments, is the button to go to the next month. And that will bring you right through all of them. Ā

I discovered she also has a youtube channel found here: youtube.com/@andyleebible/featured

May GOD bless each of us as we search to see HIM more clearly through all the fog of the anti-christ system. I look forward to the day when that fog has been fully removed.

I was able to make the two documents 10 plagues of Egypt into one 2-sided document.

I was trying to go back through emails to send the new version out but Iā€™ve been getting so many other types of requests it got confusing. Soooo if youā€™d like the 2-sided version of the plagues of Egypt please send me an email.

The travel Bible series needed to go on hold for a few weeks ā€¦
Butā€¦
I have something else that Iā€™m incredibly excited aboutā€¦ and that is continuing to create a study Bible out of my Journal the Word Bible. This means putting together study helps (maps, charts, genealogies) for each book of the Bible plus transferring accumulated notes from my original Bible. And WOWā€¦ Iā€™m seeing Bible symbols in every book. Iā€™m starting to wonder if every book of the Old Testament helps us to decode the book of Revelation in some way. Wouldnā€™t that be amazing?

Iā€™m so excited to share this info with any who are interested.

I do have analytics but it doesnā€™t show which day is bestā€¦ it kinda just shows lost of people watching YouTube on Sunday, Monday, Thursdayā€¦ and really lots of other days too. And Iā€™m thinking you may have a preference.

If you donā€™t mind, Iā€™d love some feedback. Do you have a preference for watching a Bible study? Which day would you prefer? And what time is best (in the comments mention your time zone)

Thank you!

I hope everyone is doing well!!

We are in the second week of the official challenge of memorizing the order of the books of the Bible. And just want to say: remember the challenge is not a 1-week challenge!
There are a lot of books in the Old Testament!!
Take it slowlyā€¦ just adding a few books at a time until you feel comfortable with the rhythm of the order and can add more.

Also a tip came in from Lois3326:
The 1st & 2nd books are in reverse alphabetical orderā€¦ and remember there are only one set of 1st and 2nd in the Old Testament and you always find them after Ruth.

Also a correction to my videoā€¦ for some reason I said ā€œgrandmother of Davidā€ but itā€™s definitely GREAT grandmother!! Bummer I did that (and didnā€™t even catch myself while editing the video.)

Anyway, God bless all of you!
I do have the bookmark if anyone else would like one to print out.

How is everyone doing with the challenge of memorizing the order of the books of the New Testament?
Two additional tips have come in so I thought Iā€™d make a post about it:

So when memorizing, remember:

As Linda mentioned in the comments - ARC -
Acts, Romans, Corinthians

General Electric Power Company -
Galatians, Ephesians, Philippians, Colossians

Notice all of those have ians and so the last in that series would be Thessaloniansā€¦ which is a T book andā€¦

All the T books come next and are all in one place and as Lois mentioned in the comments: The Ts are in alphabetical order!

If you have any other tips, please leave them in the comments and also let us know how you are doing.

If you think the Bible bookmark might help, send me an email. As alwaysā€¦ Itā€™s free and I donā€™t put you on any type of mailing list.
Biblenotetakingwithkatie@gmail.com.

Iā€™m heading to the library today to send out inserts ā€¦ so if you have previously sent out a request, please know it is on its way.

Be well and God bless!
