I had originally planned to go live tonight to celebrate the 7-year anniversary of the HOT DANG SHOW, but unfortunately, I have to cancel due to an emergency. My lower back pain, which Iāve struggled with for years, has flared up significantlyāIāve fallen five times today and decided to have it checked out. Itās been a tough road, and I suppose itās the result of pushing my body too hard in my earlier years.
Iām planning to schedule a cortisone shot next week and might even explore other options, like nerve removal, if necessary. While I canāt do the live stream as planned, Iām aiming to create and share a video sometime this week instead.
Even with these challenges, Iām filled with gratitude. Happy Hot Sauce Day and cheers to 7 incredible years of the HOT DANG SHOW! Yesterday, I took my FIRST cold plunge with some fitness gurus while filming for their upcoming video podcast! Iāll let you know as soon it drop. To my surprise, I loved it so much that Iām already tempted to turn it into a daily ritual. For now, Iām borrowing a friendās tubābecause who doesnāt love using something that feels like a human-sized ice cube tray? But Iām not stopping thereāI just ordered a chiller to take my freezing game to the next level!

Many have been asking if Iām willing to sell my HOT DANG WAY version of the Dubai Chocolate Bar. To be honest, theyāre extremely expensive to produce, and Iām not sure anyone would actually buy one. I just made a few, about 7 3x2x1 bars. If I had to estimate, it would cost around $20ā$25 without any profit. Itās very labor-intensive work, especially when creating a sugar-free version. Iāve just finished designing my new kitchen and am excited to start a cooking show featuring great recipes with a spicy twist.
That said, Iāve been thinking a lot about the direction of my content. While spicy challenges are still part of what I love, it feels like the trend may be losing steamāor maybe itās just not as popular as before. This has me considering a rebrand of HOT DANG SHOW to something new.
I want to branch out into other types of content and share more of meāmy personality, my life, and the things Iām passionate about beyond spice.
