I know we haven't posted many videos in the last year. As you can imagine, this year has been hard ... for everybody. I'm hoping 2021 will be different and we can get back to sharing low carb and keto recipes with all of you. In the meantime, I made a free weekly meal planner PDF that I wanted to share with you all.
