It all started when Jackson Lian Ngau (founder) invited 4 friends of his Calvin Jaidi, Giacherie Tipik Mambo and Stacy Gregory, to his homestay called Lan E Tuyang, to chat about how they can create a virtual gig/concert together for the community. Initially, they wanted to celebrate the closing of Gawai (Harvest Festival). Which includes a traditional closing ceremony, traditional local dance routines and also invited musician bands to perform for the virtual gig/concert. They aim to introduce the 1st virtual concert here in Borneo.

With the main focus to be about spreading LOVE, UNITY, CHARITY and also TRADITION, everyone who was involved, step up to the plate and together chipped in ideas to make it even a bigger thing.

Fondness Drops aims to be one day, a big festival where locals can support each other and help the community to stay strong, stay together as one.
