当你达到“无我”的境界，你会有生以来第一次feel alive。 当你处于“无我”的状态，你的ego (小我）消失，you are one with universe. You become unlimited,magnificent. That is who you are-the great consciousness. Body is very limited, yet fragile. But you are not your body. You are consciousness. Freedom lies here. 佛教不也是说“不着相”，一切相包括你的身体，都是虚幻，根本不存在。这个充满了body（肉体）和各种相（花草树木等等）的世界就是你的一个梦。你晚上睡觉做梦，醒来后你知道是梦。你醒来后仍然是梦。闭眼是梦，睁眼也是梦！所以修行就是从这场大梦里醒来！

Forgiveness happens when you see others as yourself. Underneath every physical body, every form is the consciousness which is oneness. Body separates you and me and him, but the essence of every person is consciousness. Consciousness is one. This truth unites you and me. Unites every human being in this world. As you forgive others, you really forgive yourself. Therefore forgiveness becomes so easy. I have been struggling to forgive others, now I truly forgive them.
