How much time do you spend on your phone per day?
In my opinion, reducing screen time is the only way to be productive. Consuming large amounts of content, especially in short form, is frying our attention spans. This has been known for a very long time, but we all have fallen victim to it, me included.
What are some steps we can all take to start being more productive and staying off of our phones, unless it’s purely for educational purposes.

How can I get on YouTube’s good side again? The algorithm hates me now. I still get sales on my new beats, but my views have gone down which obviously means less sales overall.
I’ve looked at countless other producer channels who once garnered millions of views, who now struggle to break a couple thousand.
Is this caused by over saturation of the market? It’s hard to say, but I’ve been stuck at 47K subscribers for a few years now, and a lot of people have told me to move on and create a new channel.
