NCSSM alumna and @NASA astronaut Christina Koch has been selected as one of four astronauts to fly on the agency’s #Artemis II mission, which will make her the first woman to fly around the moon. The Artemis II astronauts will be the first group of individuals to fly toward the moon in more than 50 years. The mission will last 10 days and is scheduled for launch in late 2024.
