2023: Worked 8-9 hours a day.

- Had a steady routine.
- Plenty of rest, a “balanced” life on paper.

But I often ended the day asking, “Is this it?”

2024: Just wrapped up 5 days in Chennai:

Day 1: Met my team and planned projects.
Day 2: Recorded two podcasts back-to-back.
Day 3: Visited a client and delivered a TED talk.
Day 4: Pitched to a prospect and met few creators.
Day 5: Attended a standup comedy show and took the bus back home.

Barely paused, yet I’m not tired, just energised.

What changed? The work itself.

It’s not about how much you work, 4 hours a week or 16 hours a day.
It’s about working on the right thing.

Work-life balance is great, but it’s not the only formula.
Sometimes, loving what you do makes all the difference.

I don't create videos about controversies or roast people to get views. Instead, I want my YouTube channel to be an educational space for both of us.

I create the kinds of videos I wish I had seen when I was younger; if 18-year-old Epaphra had watched them, he would be in a better place.

I'm truly grateful for the interest in learning and growth that so many of you have shown.

Starting this month, I'll be sharing more long-form content regularly, and we've got some amazing guests lined up for the podcast.

If you have any suggestions or want to collaborate on a podcast, please let me know. This channel is for our anyone who aspires to be in a better place, and I’m excited to make it even better together.

Hey, recently, I met an amazing entrepreneur. I've told you many stories about people who have achieved great things, but this time, I met one of them in person.

His name is Vijay Pravin, and he has raised more than a 100 crores for his company.

He's from a small town called Tuticorin. I sat down with him and asked about his journey from being a guy from Tuticorin to becoming who he is today.

I wanted to know what made him different and what decisions led him to success.

He shared so many incredible insights that blew my mind. His journey is a game changer. Anyone who watches this will feel inspired to take the first step toward what they love.

It was a long conversation, and I don't want to cut it short just to fit YouTube's algorithm. Every minute holds value for someone, so I want to release the full conversation.

I'll be releasing the podcast at 3 p.m. today on YouTube. Stay tuned with your pen and paper because you're in for absolute value!

While I was traveling from Chennai to Bangalore, my co-passenger was an Indian who was born and raised in America.

Out of genuine curiosity, I asked him a lot of questions. After a few minutes of conversation, I realized that his life in America is not as fancy as I imagined.

This made me think of the old saying, "the grass is always greener on the other side." I've always looked at America with awe, but here was an American wanting to live in India.

It made me realize that no matter where we are or what we do, it's easy to look at someone else's life and think it's better.

But everyone has their own challenges and everyone is suffering for some reason.

So, you can’t avoid suffering, but you can choose what you are willing to suffer for.

I always had a huge crush on this one girl in my college.

Only then did I realize that initiating a conversation with the girl you like is the scariest thing in the world.

But do you know what is even scarier than that?

It's when you have to say no to someone.

I used to be someone who said 'yes' to everything.

Because when someone said no to me, I used to be disappointed, so I never wanted anyone to feel disappointed.

Until I understood this.

Whenever I say yes to something that I don't want to do, I'm saying no to the thing I really wanted to do at that time.

So basically, I'm okay with telling myself no, but I'm scared to tell others no.

And that's when I also realized when someone says no to me, they are saying yes to the things they prefer to do with their time.

Smart move.

Since then, all the nos or yeses that I said in my life brought in so many good things.

Also saying 'no' sometimes leaves room for something even better to come along.

Now tell me, which is scarier: talking to your crush or saying 'no'?
