This journey hasnā€™t been easy. As a C-section mom, my body has been through a lot, but Iā€™m showing up for myself every day. Itā€™s not about perfection but about progress, and Iā€™m proud of every small step Iā€™ve taken toward becoming healthier and stronger.

To anyone doubting their ability to start or stay consistent, remember this: You donā€™t have to be perfect to begin. Just begin, and your consistency will lead to results.

Hey, everyone! I wanted to let you know that Iā€™ve decided to pause my 14-day tire challenge for now due to some discomfort Iā€™ve been feeling in my body. As many of you know, Iā€™m a C-section mom, and sometimes our bodies need extra care when it comes to intense workouts. Iā€™ve been experiencing some pain, and after listening to my body, Iā€™ve realized that I need to focus on healing first.

But donā€™t worry! Iā€™m not stopping my journeyā€”Iā€™ll be shifting my focus to other workouts that are kinder to my body while I continue healing. Iā€™m so grateful for your support and understanding as I take care of myself, and Iā€™m excited to share the next phase of my fitness journey with you all!"
