Hey, everyone! I wanted to let you know that Iāve decided to pause my 14-day tire challenge for now due to some discomfort Iāve been feeling in my body. As many of you know, Iām a C-section mom, and sometimes our bodies need extra care when it comes to intense workouts. Iāve been experiencing some pain, and after listening to my body, Iāve realized that I need to focus on healing first.
But donāt worry! Iām not stopping my journeyāIāll be shifting my focus to other workouts that are kinder to my body while I continue healing. Iām so grateful for your support and understanding as I take care of myself, and Iām excited to share the next phase of my fitness journey with you all!"
