This journey hasn’t been easy. As a C-section mom, my body has been through a lot, but I’m showing up for myself every day. It’s not about perfection but about progress, and I’m proud of every small step I’ve taken toward becoming healthier and stronger.

To anyone doubting their ability to start or stay consistent, remember this: You don’t have to be perfect to begin. Just begin, and your consistency will lead to results.

Hey, everyone! I wanted to let you know that I’ve decided to pause my 14-day tire challenge for now due to some discomfort I’ve been feeling in my body. As many of you know, I’m a C-section mom, and sometimes our bodies need extra care when it comes to intense workouts. I’ve been experiencing some pain, and after listening to my body, I’ve realized that I need to focus on healing first.

But don’t worry! I’m not stopping my journey—I’ll be shifting my focus to other workouts that are kinder to my body while I continue healing. I’m so grateful for your support and understanding as I take care of myself, and I’m excited to share the next phase of my fitness journey with you all!"
