Good Afternoon Anglers!
I decided to pop into fairmount very briefly just to seen if they stocked after all or not and after the first few casts one showed up. I pulled up at the main spillway where they normally stock them, and they’re about 10 feet out. Thought you’d like to know 😉 Good luck 🤙

Greetings fellow anglers!
So the bite is still on at fairmount if you’re interested crappie fishing, before they dredge the lake. The bite was on fire, back to back around the smaller lake closest to the park. I was getting bit alot on this side of the lake (second picture), pink and white plastics on a 1/64oz jig. This is a feasible option if trout fishing isn’t working out or getting expensive. Ill try to post a video of the crappie bite if anyone is interested. Thank you recent subscribers, i see you, i appreciate the support. Thanks for watching, see you out on the lake 🤙

Good Evening Anglers 🤙 We reached the 500 mark! Thank you for your support, ill be doing a raffle for reaching this point. Winner chooses either a pack of senkos, 2 packs of ET’s Custom minnows, 2 packs of ultralight heavyweight minnows, or a kevins kustomz cricket kit or swimbait kit. Rules are to be subscribed, drop a comment on any video with the bait you would like if you win. Thanks for tuning in and hanging in there as the summer bite gets tougher to crank out content.

Totally forgot to post this, fairmount is closed for fishing. I saw this warning on my way back from this last catch during my lunch break. Just a heads up.

Just a heads up, the bridge is doing really well. Crappie are biting up shallow, a 2 foot leader seems to be the go to length at the bridge if you’re bobber fishing. The bite really turned on for me around 6:30-7pm. The smaller 4-7” ones began biting, then this bigger one came out and hit the “Laker Jig.” So go get’em 💪🏾🎣

Good Morning Anglers,
I hope everyone is doing well today! Possibly hitting a new lake or just going to a local honeyhole. This recent video created an influx of new subscribers, and im curious if beginner fishing is something i should elaborate more? But in any case, let me welcome these new subscribers to Crappie Day.

These are the only names i can see on my feed, others are possibly private. Welcome to those i couldn’t name 😃 Send your pics of recent catches, and ill post them like i have recently been doing. In other news, Frank bonelli park is experiencing an algae bloom, which is killing the bite. I personally experienced this friday, on the north east and west end at the rv park. My plan if all goes well, is to hit lake gregory monday. Ill keep you posted, thanks for tuning in 🤙

My name is Eddie. I made this page to share some fishing techniques that i’ve inherited by trial and error, as well as talking to experienced local anglers. Im a multispecies angler, therefore ill be posting catches with a variety of baits. I started trout and panfishing, which i never get tired of, my goal is to get proficient with all finesse fishing baits and share with all viewers the joy of multispecies fishing.
Any questions feel free to email me, i usually respond pretty promptly.
