It's wild to realise that I've been video editing for over FIFTEEN years now which is most of my lifetime (I turn 31 this year) and while not all my videos have been the best, I've definitely improved over the years. Some of my videos fall into the Tik Tok trend of being quick and flashy, especially with the transitions between clips but I do still love doing very storytelling videos too.
I don't get a lot of views or likes on my videos which sucks because 1) I've been editing for years and 2) even with the quick flashy videos, I put so much effort into every one of my videos and yet they go unnoticed for the most part. Despite this I don't want to restart by creating a new channel as I don't think it will really make a difference in the current era of YouTube (which is vastly different to the era in which I started my journey into editing) so I'm really unsure how to get more subs and views/likes on my videos.
Basically if anyone has any tips, I'd greatly appreciate them ❤️

I've decided to upload all my dance/performance and cosplay videos to my other account @katmaria93 (and private them on this account because I want to keep them separate from my video editing).
I'll be reuploading the dance performances I've done over the years to that account over the next few days before I post the cosplay videos there too.
