BMG Rights Management are the ones to blame. Planet of the Bass is my only one so far that's been fully blocked on copyright grounds (the rest just got claimed, but allowed to remain). This one got blocked, then mysteriously unblocked for a few weeks, and now it's back to being blocked again.
