Michelle Dione Snider is a freelance journalist, writer, philosopher, photographer and video documentarian. Best known for filming the viral “BBQ Becky” video, she also documented violent rallies in Berkeley, CA during 2017 that eventually led to the extreme violence that occurred at the Unite the Right rally on August 12, 2017, in Charlottesville, VA. Some of my footage was used for an Emmy award-winning PBS/Frontline documentary called “Documenting Hate.”
Michelle started PantherTimes.com with the help of other community members and writers with the goal of featuring articles that align with the Black Panther ten points and principles. She is now participating and networking with the Black Panther Legacy Keepers.
Michelle now does podcasting, writing and research in the form of dialectal materialism. She covers events, discusses social media and extremism, and also talks about sex therapy on new podcast show “Cumm On.” She also practices Wicca and Dianic witch craft and paganism.
