I do apologies for the video I have just uploaded. My microphone cuts out at the end. Then I forgot to wear my glasses and had to get so close to see and didn’t realise my head was in the way.
But I have uploaded it as I wanted to be able to look back and compare as the months go and see how far we have come. For me its all about documenting our journey and keeping accountable, and this to me is an important step in doing so.
