Hey there, Adventurers! The free Solasta 2 demo is right around the corner (Feb. 24, 2025.). Let me share some fresh news about the demo!
Gameplay:
- Demo starts with a premade party of level 3 characters (character creation is still work in progress)
- the adventure lasts around 2-3 hours
- zero story spoilers, demo is a standalone adventure, won't be in the full game
- no co-op, no level ups, party stays at level 3
- free weapon swapping on equipped gear during the demo
- helpful dice is available
Party:
- Knut: Dwarven Paladin - Oath of Liberation (new subclass in S2)
- Neyra: Human Fighter(2) / Cleric(1) - Life Doman - multiclassing confirmed!
- Joralas: Elven Sorcerer - Mana Painter - in the demo he has access to more than two Metamagic
- Daisy: Halfling Rogue - Scavanger (new subclass in S2)

Hey there, Adventurers! Quick question—have any of you jumped into the Monster Hunter Wilds open beta yet? It’s free right now (february 7-10 & february 14-17; release date: february 28, 2025)!
I wasn’t really into the previous game, Monster Hunter World, but Wilds? This beta has already sucked me in for almost more hours than my entire time in World! I’m still learning the ropes, but I’m having a blast so far. Haven’t bought it yet, but if it keeps being this fun, I’m pretty much sold. Gotta get another game next to BG3, right?

Personally I'm just messing around in random games (hence the lack of youtube content), while I'm waiting for Clair Obscur | Expedition 33, Solasta 2 and also Patch 8 of Baldur's Gate 3 (still no access to the stress test).
Thinking about trying Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 and Monster Hunter Wilds. I played the previous ones, but they didn’t really hook me (probably didn’t help that I was terrible at them lol), but I might give it a try to the new MH. There's also Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii... but this one isn't turn-based like Infinite Wealth.
So... yeah. Last year, I knew exactly what to play: BG3, Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth, Dragon’s Dogma 2. Now? I just sit there, scrolling endlessly, wondering what to pick. What’s keeping you all busy these days?

Hey there, Adventurers! Since I'll probably be playing Solasta 2 in the future, I thought I'd share some news about the upcoming game with you. Cheers~
¤ 4 main characters, no companions. You'll create your party at the start of the game just like in Solasta 1.
¤ Planned level cap is 10 for launch. Might raise it to 12 in the future.
¤ Aiming to add all 12 base class with 2 subclasses each.
¤ Multi-classing is confirmed.
¤ Currently using the 2014 D&D 5e ruleset.
¤ Game engine is Unreal Engine 5.
¤ DEMO coming soon. Early Access in 2025.
¤ Smoother grid based movement & combat. Both WASD and indirect click to move movement supported.
¤ Less linear story than the previous game.
¤ Fully voice acted with improved quality.
¤ 4 available player character voice at the moment (2 male & 2 female).
¤ Improved crafting & inventory management.
¤ Improved world map traveling.
