This is Man-Yi.
I'm officially calling this "Typhoon-Posting".
She haven't really brought much rain, but she managed to hit during a high tide, and therefore caused an extra rise in water level, resulting in flooding.
Man-Yi (萬宜) is also a reservoir in Hong Kong (萬宜水庫 High Island Reservoir), which is why there are rocks on her head, and a tremendous amount of water.
This will be the last typhoon-post in a while. The typhoons this year have been forming way later than usual (November shouldn't have typhoons, and there are 4-5 this year). There were so many so I just started drawing them. Next one may be next year's July.
