Bahia Conejo (Bunny Bay in English) delivers an escape towards an ethereal and introspective alternate reality. A comfort zone, nostalgia and containment from which it emerges the motivation to face this revolving reality from the approach of empowerment and self-fulfilment and a delicate prism of Synthpop, Dreamwave and reminiscences of City Pop.
This reality is portrayed based on a sound aesthetic which combines playful and blurry melodies, soaked on 80's and 90's influences with a Funky, Soul and Disco-like rhythm section from early decades. All of these are paired with an intimate visual narrative that gets inspiration from nonexistent ordinariness.
