This picture was taken in Naples, Italy, where I had the incredible opportunity to learn the art of making authentic Neapolitan pizza. The experience with the team was truly unforgettable, filled with passion, tradition, and dedication to the craft. What I discovered during this journey is that pizza is not merely an elaborate dish; it's a blend of history, technique, and love for the ingredients. Each step, from kneading the dough to cooking it in a wood-fired oven, requires skill and respect for the process. It’s a culinary tradition that goes far beyond just food—it's an expression of culture and artistry. ‪@Marcabed‬

I always had a desire to truly learn the art of sushi 🍣 , so I hopped on a plane to Tokyo 🇯🇵 and stayed near the old Tsukiji Fish Market. I thought I knew sushi, but everything I encountered was completely different. I learned so much, realizing that great sushi is all about the quality of the rice and the incredible freshness and diversity of the fish 🐟 . Traveling 🧳 to learn, explore, and nourish your mind is the most rewarding experience there is. So, where’s your next trip, and what are you going to learn? ‪@Marcabed‬

One of my most unforgettable moments in South Korea 🇰🇷 was trying raw crab 🦀 marinated in soy sauce, or Ganjang gejang. The tender, sweet crab paired perfectly with the rich umami of the soy—an unforgettable experience for any food lover. Chris and I met at Gwangjang Market, and his help with the videos made it even more special. What I took away from this trip is that traveling alone is incredibly rewarding, offering unexpected freedom, self-discovery, and deeper connections with people and places.@Marcabed

This was one of my first experiences in front of a professional production crew, shooting my first cooking video. I had the chance to share this incredible journey with a great friend, an amazing crew, and wonderful colleagues who made the process so easy. It taught me how to be myself on camera. Cheers to how time flies! We were so young back then—though we still are, right? We're just getting started! ‪@Marcabed‬

Hey there, everyone! I'm reaching out to get some feedback for my YouTube channel. What type of content would you like to see? Feel free to share your thoughts! Thanks a bunch for your input - I truly value it. Also, I recently whipped up a spectacular dish featuring the delicate flavors of salmon paired with the exotic Leiche de Tigre.
