In the last 16 months, I've done everything in my power to work on my dream life by focusing on health & fitness, creating content and investing in myself (After an FTE moment of ignoring my ambitions and health for so long)

This dream blew up in my face because reality hit me when I was starting to go broke, so I had to get 2 jobs and work hard to get back to where I was financially. These changes shocked me and I had to adapt a new mindset of working a 9-5, while working my second job in Sales.

Honestly, I've been coping by playing video games and eating junk food because I felt the need to escape from this new reality I had to accept.

Now I'm getting back on track by eating healthier and counting my macros. Once I get back in shape, I'll start looking to create content again because I don't want to introduce too many things that might throw me off course again.

This is all to say that I haven't quit content creation, I just took a necessary break from it to figure out my problems and fight my demons lol

I'm very excited for summer weather, travelling, and creating content that I resonate with.. hopefully this time in a more authentic approach!

Life is tough because no matter what stage you're in. You will ALWAYS feel doubt.

It's honestly really shitty because whether you're doing well or doing bad, you still feel this doubt.

Maybe more when you're broke & lost, but I still felt it when I was financially stable and had it "good".

Now that I've went through both experiences, I learned there's no real escape to this other than having faith.

Faith that the future will be okay.

I can see why people adopting religion or God in their lives does wonders because it takes away this existential "angst".

Even the stoics had this as they chose to give up most of their control and relied on nature and the logos.

What are some things you guys do to maintain high spirits?

It became very clear to me the other day...

Everything is going to be alright.

We have so much to look forward to and be grateful for, yet we take ourselves to hell.

I asked: Why do we stress all the time? What's going to happen if we stress more or less?

The answer: Nothing. Life will go on. The world will keep spinning.

This was truly liberating. To know how small our problems actually are.

Some of us sacrifice so much for our dreams, and we stress about the fact that it might not be worth it.

Let me tell you something: The fact that you're willing to take risks and sacrifice something right now is the reward in itself.

Do you know how many of us live life on autopilot? Letting others dictate how we should live and then blame the very people that we listened to.

Brother, it's your life at the end of the day. It doesn't have to be this existential crisis all the time.

If you know the values you stand for and feel in your heart that you're doing the right things then there's nothing to stress about.

So what, you're not "there" yet. News flash: You'll NEVER be "there" because "there" is an abstract concept we feed ourselves to keep going.

I'm starting to learn what it means to enjoy the process. I used to dread it.

Dread being broke.
Dread the grind.
Dread the beginning of the journey.

I finally realized that I'm going to look back at this and wish I would've appreciated it more.

So instead of beating yourself up all the time and wondering why you're not where you want to be.

Look at your present right now and have that trust that you're taking yourself on a beautiful journey.

Your treasure isn't where you are going. The treasure is YOU. It's within you. You can access it anytime you want.

You just have to look in and remember how lucky we are to get to experience this moment.

"In pursuing your dream, you might lose everything you've won.

Well then, why should I listen to my heart?

Because you will never again be able to keep it quiet.

Even if you pretend not to have heard what it tells you, it will always be there inside you, repeating to you what you're thinking about life and about the world.

You mean I should listen, even if it's treasonous?

Treason is a blow that comes unexpectedly. If you know your heart well, it will never be able to do that to you. Because you'll know it's dreams and wishes and will know how to deal with them.

You will never be able to escape from your heart. So it's better to listen to what it has to say. That way, you'll never have to fear an unexpected blow.”

One thing that's been on my mind is that every single YouTuber makes the same videos including myself. It's been very repetitive on the platform seeing all the same content. I want to find a way to be truly authentic in my videos. I haven't found the answer to that yet but I'm open to any suggestions that you guys have on my channel. I'm curious to know if you find my videos the same as everyone else's? I try to keep it as REAL and RAW as much as I can by giving my own takes on popular subjects.

Hey guys,

There was a lot of interest in my last video on the free coaching slots I opened up.
I’ve done coaching in the past, and I love connecting with you guys and having deeper talks about some important topics.

I have the idea of starting some small group coaching sessions.

It would consist of a one-hour call with a group of 8-10 like-minded men and the call would be structured with various topics but also allow for open discussion and questions. I’m hoping this would create a community of young men who support one another.

It would cost around $20 USD/month for 4 coaching sessions (1x/week) and you'll also get access to my private Slack community.

If you're interested in being a part of this exclusive community then sign up here: buy.stripe.com/dR603T4ou0KtcrmfZ1

If you were looking to connect with me for 1-on-1 Men's Coaching then use this link: buy.stripe.com/aEU3g5bQW2SBgHC6os

Again thank you all for your support on my channel and I hope to meet some of you online!

One thing I realized about getting descent at a skill is that it makes it harder to produce better work than your last project since you’re always looking to improve in some way.

Sometimes you’ll plateau for a long period of time but then when you break through it, the growth is crazy again.

If there’s 1 thing I learned on this content creation journey.. it’s that every video you make never turns out the way you envisioned it to be but the important thing is you show up every week and press that “publish” button despite the content you end up making.

Honestly thank you guys for all your support.

Currently scripting my next video back from vacation!

What are some topics you’d like to hear from me in the future?
