Okay y'all I have a story. So, last June on the last day of Pride Month, I uploaded a Solangelo video, alright? No problem. (It's not a short cus um I guess yt didn't want to?)

Right after, like, I kid you not, FIVE SECONDS AFTER, I get a call from one of my classmates, a dude who LITERALLY NEVER CALLS ME, asking, ABSOLUTELY BEWILDERED,

"MANHA?! DID YOU JUST POST THAT?! 'HAPPY PRIDE MONTH'?!!"

This idiot calls me. CAUSE I POSTED A PRIDE MONTH VIDEO. USUALLY, he calls me to beg for notes. So, yeah. I explained how I respected the Pride community but I wasn't a part of it and he said, I kid you not,

"YEAH YOU SHOULD RESPECT PEOPLE! YOU SHOULD RESPECT YOUR ELDERS! NOT LGBT!"

Okay, so, if I only have to respect my elders, then, I should go beating up kids on the sidewalk cause they're not aart of the people I must respect. Yay!

(He doesn't really talk to me anymore)

From March 26th 1971-December 16th 1971, the people of my country, Bangladesh, fought a nine month long Liberation war to gain freedom from Pakistan and become their own country. On this day, we won. We won our freedom. Today is Bangladesh's birthday.

I know many of my viewers are from abroad so I encourage you, please, do some research about the Liberation War. Youll be surprised about what you find, how hard our people fought, with such might. Bangladesh may be underepresented but it's a great country. It's my home and will forever remain.
