My Research Tips:

- No more than 2 hours online at a time, have some breaks and you can go outside for a bit/go for a walk if you want. We all need to live a balanced life. Listen to your instincts for when it's time to go for a break too, an hour or less might be enough at a time to take in.
- Prayer and patience: Angels and demons in spiritual warfare have been at war since the beginning. Trust in God to help teach you the knowledge of life, you are not alone and many around the world are having a similar journey, where we all can come to certain wisdom at our own paces. You might learn something before someone else does and they might learn something before you do, so be humble in your mental and spiritual enlightenment.
- Eat good wholefood and pure drinks: Spring water, Seamoss and Fruit are the best.
- It is not your job to save the world, it's Jesus'. Learn what you can whilst you are living on this earth, and spread the word to who you can. That's doing your part.
