Happiness is NOW Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, specializes in motivational presentations and after-school dance crew programs endorsed by public and private schools.

Team Millennia (TM) has accomplished many notable feats since its formation. The team has been featured competitors on Seasons 2 and 3 of Randy Jackson's America's Best Dance Crew, as well as won every major competition in the Southern California area.

In 2005, Team Millennia was also the first dance studio to produce it's own dance competition, called Prelude. Through the pioneering efforts of many of its members, TM expanded the Prelude franchise, creating sister shows in northern California, and the east coast, another industry first.
