General Education Center (GEC) Diliman is responsible for the implementation of the GE Program in UP Diliman. It also assists the UPD GE Committee in policy-making, assessment of policies, guidelines, and standards related to GE curriculum, teaching, learning, and educational resources. It has a three-fold task of coordination, research, and incubation of GE programs and courses aimed at providing various learning experiences and opportunities for students to develop lifelong learning, critical thinking, creativity and public service orientation in the tradition of honor and excellence.
