We’re the same as any other family trying to make it in this world. When roadblocks present themselves, we compromise and overcome. And when we get over those roadblocks, we win together in esteemed fashion.
This is how we’ve made it to two decades of love, understanding and partnership. I embrace her ‘crazy;’ she accepts my ‘different’. That’s how the Manning’s have made it to where we are. And that’s exactly how the Manning’s will continue in order to get to where we’re going.
But only God knows our true destiny. If you were to ask either one of us if we predicted becoming first time parents at the age of 38, we would have told you ‘no’. Yet here we are with a toddler, God’s truest blessing. He really does reward the faithful.
