Hi guys! I am a physiotherapist and Pilates instructor who is teaching based on rehabilitation. Hi, I'm Chelle, Certified Stott Pilates instructor since 2008 and currently based in Thailand.
Over the years of practice, I must say that pilates is a perfect preventive and recovery tool from injury. It gives us more bandwidth to absorbs bumps and bruises in life that potentially be harmful. In effect, this can bring new pattern into our daily activities which can ease pain, have low risk of injury and getting more involve in activities with little to no limitations.
