Welcome to Gist Family TV! Dominic and Quiana here plus the kids, we have a family of 4 and we are all about family, health, wealth, legacy and living life to the fullest.

Here you can expect to see a lot food because we love to eat. We are a pescatarian family so we mostly eat a lot of seafood meals or vegan and vegetarian meals. This channel is not only about food and food reviews but its also follows our journey when we travel and do other things as a family.

Starting the channel idea originally came about because we moved to Georgia right outside of Atlanta and had been here for years when we realized that its so many restaurants and places we haven't tried and that we should get out more and try a new restaurant at least once a week. Since we are going to be doing it anyway might as well record it.
