Internet phenomenon since 2016 jamming on Bob Marley's « Three Little Birds » with busker Lampa Faly, Dasha Pearl is a California raised singer/songwriter, born Dierdre Dubois in New York in 1969. Established in Paris as the « Otherworldly » voice of Ekova in â96, crowned « Best Upcoming Artist Jazz » and nominated « Best Album Jazz » with Julien Lourau Groove Gang at the French Grammyâs 1999. Jazz diva since 2007, Dashaâs textured vocal style is often compared to Amy Winehouse or Erykah Badu.
