I was a smoker for around 40 years smoking on average 40 cigarettes per day. I tried numerous ways to give up and failed miserably every time. Then i discovered vaping, at first i hated it as it made me cough uncontrolably. But i carried on and finally gave up smoking around september 2016.and have never smoked since.
