I have been thinking of you!! I've held off creating more in depth, longer form content for sooooo long and I'm finally doing it. I present my first vlog. If I am sooooo honest..... this has been a dream of mine for like a decade. I am a complete newbie but excited about finally giving it a go.
My goal is to be able to hang out more, show more of my life and how it relates to fitness and nutrition, staying in shape. There is also a lot more to me than workouts. I hope these vlogs can help us get a little closer while helping you reach your goals.
