Would you be interested in videos where I talk about the design aspect of visual novels? Just to be clear, I'm always going to do coding tutorials for Ren'Py, but I'm thinking of doing more videos about coming up with ideas, structuring a story, creating graphics, etc. If there is anything you'd like to see that goes beyond the coding aspect of visual novels, leave me a comment below!

This week's video is going to be a little late, but it's on the way! I was out of town most of the weekend and didn't have a chance to record. I'm planning on having a video on ATL (animation and transform language) up by tomorrow morning. I'm also working on redoing my beginner tutorials to be more in line with newer versions of Ren'Py. Sorry for my absence the last couple of weeks. I've had some family stuff that I've been dealing with, but thankfully everything and everyone is okay. Just haven't had time to make videos while taking care of my family and working my day job.
I have a new video coming tomorrow showing some free and cheap resources that I use when producing my visual novels. I'm also considering doing some more general programming videos in the future. Of course, this will be in addition to (not instead of) my regular Ren'Py content. On that front I have some great videos in the pipeline, tackling some topics that I haven't really done much on yet including ATL (animation and transform language) and some more RPG-like systems using object oriented programming. Stay tuned!

Just a thought, but would anyone be interested in a weekly livestream? I thinking about streaming a live Ren'Py project from conception to completion. Maybe two or three hours on Saturday evening. Is this something you would be interested in?

Thanks for the comments and views on my most recent video! By request, I'm going to be back with another Ren'Py video later this week. I've been researching some ideas lately and I'm going to do video on implementing a simple inventory system from scratch. I should be finished with it soon!

Hey everybody! Thank you so much to all of you that keep watching my videos and to the new viewers that are just discovering them for the first time. I'm in the process of moving out of state and I'm going to have some free time on my hands while I look for work, so I'm looking into making some more videos soon. I'm probably going to shift my focus to primarily Ren'Py content as those are my most popular videos...also, Ren'Py 8.0 is out which FINALLY supports Python 3! I'm looking forward to trying it out!
