Every Infiniti Q50/Q60 with the twin turbo engine (vr30) should have this. These cars , well most turbo engines even N/A have blow by. Blow by is oil/fuel and / or contaminants that escape the combustion chamber and can travel thru some of the engine components and you do not want that.
This product may or may not void your warranty because it did not come with the car.
Knowing what I know about this, if I had a new Infiniti under warranty I would simply remove it when going to the dealer.
*** please note dealer may not even see it nor look for it if your only doing maintenance**
However if your car have some sort of issue or something major at this point would be best to remove it to avoid any inconvenience.
Something I also suggest is that you start to build a relationship with your service advisor that way your well aware of that particular dealer mind you having this mod.
