PLS READ ❤️❤️ Hey! So uh I haven’t posted in a month oops…
I was pretty stressed earlier this month (early November… gee I wonder why?) and ended up taking a step back from social media. Part of this was me realizing I’m getting just a little bit burnt out with Lavender and dealing with that story. Back when I first started writing, I was uhhhh not the BEST writer and the world definitely spiraled out of control in some ways, and a lot of effort was spent on detangling some insanely confusing decisions I made haha. It got to be pretty frustrating and I ended up just… not enjoying the story anymore.
Does this mean I’m done with Lavender? Absolutely not! I’m totally down to pick it up again once I have more free time and am in a better headspace.
In the meantime I’ve been working on a few shorter projects (you can see those on my instagram if you’re interested). Lots of fanart, plus a shorter psychological thriller I wrote about a year ago that I’m picking back up.
