Anchored Blooms - a ministry update -
Getting back to the small habits performed daily in order to see lasting impact is how I see the work in my ministry.
This helps to keep from overwhelm and invites vision for what is next from the Lord.
January has been a month of allowing that vision to be formed and to see what the year has in store for this ministry.
I look forward to sharing that vision with you when it all comes together!!

Seasonal depression impacts a lot of people, but could there be other factors making individuals feel worse than they need to? In this video, I will be exploring what we can look at and assess in regards to our feeling down and blue.
I have noticed patterns in my own life that triggers my mood and pulls me towards feeling depressed. And because I am aware of these patterns, things that work against my mental health, I know what to do to safeguard against being triggered again.

Being aware of your own issues and weaknesses will help you overcome stepping into the role of becoming your own worst enemy as you take steps forward.
It's a process and growth journey, but the Lord will be our help as we faithfully trust Him to show us what we need to know and do in order to overcome the obstacles we create for ourselves.

This last month has thrown me a curveball ⚾️ for sure.. I’ve been helping a family member recover from a bad accident and I’ve had to reserve time and energy for that. But the Lord has shown Himself faithful and kind to my family member and my husband and me.
I’m able to manage some time to work on my ministry still and to put out videos when I can. I am leading another inner healing ❤️🩹 class this Fall and it’s been a blessing to do so.
I’m grateful we have the Lord to be a help and a source of strength when we endure harder times. And I’m choosing to keep a heart of thankfulness in it all.
