Summer 2022: Swindon Artists Unite to Revitalise Graffiti-Tagged Street with Vibrant Murals!
A group of Swindon artists, known as the Redcliffe Collective, have come together to beautify a graffiti-tagged street in Rodbourne by painting colourful murals. Led by resident Helen Salter, the project draws inspiration from the area's history to instil a sense of pride among locals. With 10 arches painted by various artists, the murals mimic the former rail works building now housing the Designer Outlet Village. As the initiative garners praise, the team hopes to spread the positivity across the town with plans for more murals near the Outlet Village and on a house donated by a local resident.
