In 1975 Rick and Jill Stein opened The Seafood Restaurant in Padstow. Nearly 50 years on, the business has grown to include 10 restaurants, a pub, a cookery school, 40 guest rooms, 6 shepherd's huts, self catering properties and 4 shops. The business is still very much family run with Rick and Jill working with their three sons, Edward, Jack and Charlie all involved too.
