I’m sad bc we are celebrating Christmas in Thailand, and I’m getting even less presents this year and I’m scared that the older I get, I’ll just get less and less presents and I’ve been asking for things more and more because of that. Yet I never seem to get what I want :/

BRO I HATE GOING TO MALLS I ALWAYS FEEL LIKE THERES SOMEONE WATCHING ME AND JUDING IF NOT EVERYONE. I FEEL SO ANXIOUS OMG. IN EVERY COUNTRY I GO TO, I GO TO A MALL AND IN EVERY SINGLE ONE I FEEL LIKE A FOREIGNER THAT DOESNT FIT IN. EVEN IN COUNTRIES I GREW UP IN OR COUNTRIES THAT IM FROM.

stop I think I have Aphantasia
it’s some sort of thing where you can’t visualize things. For example people can visualize apples, some can see them super clearly while some can barely see it. people with Aphantasia can not see anything, they just know that they are thinking of the apple with words/ideas or feelings associated with apples.
I am someone who can not visualize things in my head, or someone who can barely do it. I know I’m thinking about this, but I can’t really visualize it.
