FieldPower training is the best way to improve your stength, stability, balance and power. It is used by top athletes from all sports (including Champions league football teams, top-10 tennis players and many Olympic centers), but also by physiotherapists to improve function, for example after operations, injuries, stroke or frail people who have high risk of falling.
FieldPower training is training of functional chains, like the extension chain (like jumping, running, walking), back side mechanics, front side mechanics, agility and change of direction (COD), rotations, and combinations of several chains.
FieldPower resistance can be applied during any movement you want, including daily movements.
In contrast to machines with weights, free weights and other training forms, FieldPower resistance is independant of the form of movement, so the resistance is the same in slow, fast or explosive movements, therefore it's safer and the best way to improve explosivity, power and stability.
