Photography Essentials, a free resource - Now Available!
www.andrepel.com/photography-essentials

If you've ever been confused in photography - you're not alone.

Many times I've watched tutorials and guides of people telling me what to do and how to get better.

Some I found useful, others I quickly forgot.

For the past 6 months, I've dialed down on these "useful" things.

Initially it was to help others, but ironically helped me simplify and solidify my own basics.

If you'd like to learn more (or just listen to me talk...), check out "Photography Essentials", my new course:

www.andrepel.com/photography-essentials

Each lesson has a actionable photo assignment
(that basically tells you what to do)
so you can learn both mentally and hands-on.

p.s. Did I mention it's free?

If I could start over with photography, I'd spend much more time focused on the basics.

I think it's easy to get caught up in all the gear
and what everyone else is doing,
that we forget what actually matters.

Plus, building a solid foundation will make everything easier later.

So I created something to help with this.

This is the outline I would have wanted when I first started:

Simple,
straightforward,
actually useful,
and easy to apply.

"Photography Essentials", coming soon.

Over the years I've gone back and forth trying many different things in my photography.

Camera bodies, lenses, and different ways of thinking/approaching the craft.

But as time passed and I gained more experience,
I realized there were only a few things I focused on,
that I found useful and kept coming back to.

As they say, "The good shit sticks."

From there, I decided to bottle these things up into a few essentials.

By working on these, I could ignore everything else and level up my photography basics.

Focusing on signal,
rather than noise,
things became clear.

I've decided to share these with you if you'd also like to build a solid foundation for your photography.

"Photography Essentials", coming soon.

Stop overthinking your photography.

Live in the moment.

See what passes by.

Take the picture.

That’s it.

Your creativity reflects your inner self.

Are you happy, excited, fulfilled?
Or troubled, tired, sad?

Are you content with what you have?
Or chasing what you don't?

Do you see the world as infinite and abundant?
Or limiting and scarce?

How do you view the world?
