Dr Hossein Najafi, is an interventional cardiologist and executive member of the Iran Football Medical Assessment and Research Center (IFMARC). He earned his MD degree from the Azad Islamic University , residency in cardiology at Jondishapur university , and fellowship in interventional cardiology at Tehran university . Dr Najafi is a member of American Heart Association (AHA).
He has authored more than 5 articles in peer reviewed journal with interest in stent technologies and devices for coronary intervention, imaging techniques of cardiovascular disorders, and also congenital coronary malformations.
He partners in the cardiovascular service lines at more than 5 hospitals. Dr Najafi has performed more than 400 interventional cardiovascular procedures cases per year on adults with the most complex heart diseases. He has lectured widely in national TV on a variety of heart disease topics.
