Featuring Sofia Carrasco on saxophone, Victor Sotomayor on Keyboard, Gabriel Balado on bass and Chris Paredes on drums. We will have a special guest Rodrigo Ponce on guitar. We will explore the intersection of Jazz and Peruvian Music influences through original compositions.

This Saturday, Nov 23, at 6 PM, as part of the Artist Series Closing Celebration at Green Space Studios in Jersey City, we’ll be performing original music inspired by jazz, tunantada, and Afro-Peruvian rhythms.
Sofia Carrasco: On tenor sax, composition and paintings.

We are very excited because I’ll also be showcasing some of Sofia’s visual art :)
