Join my cinematic journeys and musical live-acts!
In this slow film series I explore the impact of our own human activity on the local, Hungarian and Eastern European landscape that often goes unnoticed. The series also reveals the vast scale and historical depth of these landscape-shaping activities.
At the screenings I perform musical live-acts in collaboration with different artists to create soundscapes and atmosphere.
I feel an emotional connection to the unfolding scenery and the deeper layers behind it. The unarticulated anxiety is replaced by the grieving process caused by the destroyed environment.
The repetitive sequences of the passing landscape, the drifting, passive journey allow free, meditative contemplation, randomly capturing and releasing details.
Analog synths, random structures, scratchy audio textures, building and dissolving soundscapes.
