Hey there, Ask again: is it legal to give gifts on YouTube? The idea I have in mind is to create a post in my community and then select one lucky fan to give away a gift or money. Is this something I can do?

Hey guys, one of the things I used to talk about in the comments section of my videos was that I wanted to get some really interesting activities or stories in my videos.
Well, I have an idea!
In the future, I want to post my original deduction short stories at the end of each video, and then you can all guess the answer to the story by using your brains in the comments section.
If someone guesses the correct answer within the allotted time, they'll get a small gift, such as a detective peripheral, a doll, or some other small gift.
At the moment, this is just a first draft of an idea, and it will get better if you can give me more suggestions!
Although I'm not sure how many people will see this idea...
