In case you're wondering where I've been. I'm 39 weeks now with baby number 2. This pregnancy has been healthy, but life has brought some big changes, which have made it more difficult to keep up with my online business. It's on the back-burner now while I focus on family, but I hope to make some kind of new video soon :D

Hi, I'm Marianne, and I'm a Cardiac Nurse turned Kettlebell Expert and ACSM Certified Personal Trainer.
This channel has evolved from being about my own fitness journey, to helping others be fit again - getting back to workouts they loved in the past - after life derailed them.
Most of my workouts are home kettlebell & body weight workouts, with an emphasis on keeping things simple to give you the most for your effort.
There's nothing more frustrating than trying to get consistent again, but time and mental energy seem to have disappeared. It was easier in the past, but these days you might feel like you're always falling short of your workout goals, and results will never come again.
My videos offer "no fluff", honest information, and reassurance to persevere, regardless of how perfect things are. I'm all about making things easy.
"Equipped with Strength" is inspired by Psalm 18:39, because if you've ever felt hopeless, there's something else that takes over.
