This channel is a vlog about life in Myken - a set of remote Arctic islands off the coast of northern Norway. We meet the people in the islands, and follow life during the year, focusing on all things small and large. Recurring themes are weather, sea, scenery, and the island's major employer: a gin and whisky distillery.
We hope to show you that a good and meaningful life can be lived "simply" - less hectic and crowded than in the city, and more closely connected to the environment and our surroundings.
