Allspice Institute was founded in 2008 with the vision to develop an international culinary arts and hospitality institution. We believe in the importance of heritage cuisines from the region and aim to nurture and pass it on to future generations in order to create happy and healthy lives.
Our professional staff have many years of practical knowledge and experience and are passionate about sharing it with you to help cultivate an appreciation for different cultures, cuisines, cooking methods, colours and textures amongst other things.
Through tapping into the know-how and knowledge from our past we’ve been able to develop heart-healthy, delicious foods in association with the Singapore Heart Foundation (Cook book: Cook Right, Eat Right) to continue achieving our vision of providing a holistic culinary and hospitality experience.
