For three decades, Joe helped individuals who were injured at work or who contracted an occupational disease in Ontario, Canada, while building the largest paralegal firm in Ontario, with a highly experienced team of paralegals and other support staff to service over 10,000 clients across the province.

Joe, an injured himself, is well-known within the highest levels of the WSIB hierarchy. He was both hated and respected for his extensive knowledge of Worker's Compensation legislation and tenacity when arguing for his client's rights, securing hundreds of millions of dollars in settlements.
